The key feature for this service apartment is the covered linkways which connect to multiple MRTs and to a 10 acre park nearby. You will be able to walk in the rain or shine to nearby buildings. This also means that getting to work via public transportation is not a problem.
Core Residences is situated in KL which means families are a dime a dozen. With that, the children’s playground and community garden is a plus for families with children to run around in. You will also be able to access a game room, lounge, mini mart, sky lounge and a swimming pool.

5. Stoner 3 @ KLCC
Stoner 3 is a luxury serviced apartment jointly developed by Tan & Tan Developments Bhd and Mitsubishi Jisho Residence Co. Ltd. In a high profile area, this skyscraper is within walking distance to Suria KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers. In other words, it is right in the middle of Kuala Lumpur.
As mentioned above, location is extremely important when it comes to choosing a place to live. Embassies from many countries including Japan, Vietnam and Philippines are just around the corner. This makes a perfect place for expats to live in.
Even if you do not need access to embassies, the location is so convenient seeing as there is access to all you will ever need within the city of KL.
