Today is another happy milestone for me as I’m now offically appointed as an Acer Aspire S3 Evangelist! 
Here are my fellow S3 Evangelists (There are 3 of us = S3, get it? ); Nicole Tan (www.nicolekiss.blogspot.com) and Aman Firdaus of Amanz Network (www.amanz.my). We were here to pick up our S3 this morning and boy, were we excited!
I know I was; and as you’re reading this post, I’m configuring my new baby as fast I can so I could take it with me to Singapore tonight!
I’ m headed to Singapore for Wine For Asia 2011 and will most likely be live blogging as I sipped wines from all over France, Spain, Australia, Italy and well, all the wine producing countries you can think of!
I have lamented lately about how sluggish and heavy my current laptop is, and how I would very much like a light yet powerful laptop that I can easily take around with me as I’m on-the-go all the time.
That was also the precise reason I was selected as an Acer S3 evangelist as well; my mobile lifestyle and my need for a portable powerful machine that can keep up with my business, my full-time blogging activities and my frequent travels is an exact fit for the Aspire S3.
Just as how I’m sharing pictures on my blog via my usage of the Samsung NX11 – (I’m a Samsung Digital Imaging Brand Evangelist as well), you can expect the same for the Aspire S3.
From time to time I’ll be noting on its performance, the Acer Green Instant On feature; which promises ultra-fast responsiveness to give an“instant on & instant use” user experience, energy efficiency, and enhanced power management & it’s hardiness to the “abuse” that I will be putting it through as I lugged it from home to gym to events to meetings and to the countries that I’ll be travelling to in the next few months.
However, stay assured that you’ll hearing HONEST comments from me about the S3. And any queries or feedback are welcomed. Just drop me a comment!
So yes, it’s been a good year for my blog and I’m really thankful for the progress. 🙂
Though it may look like everything dropped from the sky but I assure it’s been a long hard journey both personally and blogging-wise.
I seldom share negativities on my blog and it’s been all happy-go-lucky posts, but trust me, just like everyone else there were obstacles both personally and work-wise.
But I like being happy & will always endeavour to live life to the fullest!
And for today, I’m thrilled to bits of my new toy!!

does it only start from 2599? been reading about this for awhile and its looking like a good replacement for my old dell xps 13inch esp since there arent too many 13 inch models around.
