It was 31st of July; nearing the end of Ramadan. One would have thought that considering that Ramadan is coming to an end, I’d be spending my last day of July going for Ramadan food reviews or having a gluttony marathon at the ramadan bazaars, but no, I marked the end of July by uniting my fellow blogger friends in the Urbanite Bloggers Gathering hosted by Ninetology.
It’s a yet another campaign managed by my company Rouge Communications where bloggers were brought together to witness the showcase of Ninetology new premium line of smartphones.
The 3 models showcased during the event that night were the newly launched X1, Z1 and the Z1+; all of which were engineered to cater to the youth and urbanites.. The smartphones are new stylish devices that offers not only performance but value for your money.
Running on Android Jellybean 4.2.1, the phone offers not only stability and speed, but compatibility with plenty of latest apps offered in the Play Store.
Slim and sleek.
Looks ordinary and just like any other competitor’s smartphone? Well, put aside your skepticism for awhile. I assure you that these premium smartphones from Ninetology packed quite a punch in terms of specs.
This slim baby is armed with Super AMOLED HD displays ranging from 4.8 inches to 5.7 inches and equipped with 13 megapixels rear and 5 megapixels front cameras. It’s capable of shooting 1280 x 720 pixels at 309PPI.
Do you know what that means, folks? Well it simply means the new devices offer display performance that can compete with the best out there. Youtubers and photography enthusiasts will most definitely benefit from this, I reckon. 🙂
The U9 series (Z1 and Z1+ model of the smartphones) are also utilizing Corning’s Gorilla Glass 2 to ensure the brilliant displays remain protected in even the most vigorous use. Great for sporty dudes and dudettes who don’t really have time to pamper their gadgets with soft touches, and great for fashionistas who have pretty long nails too, considering that these babies are scratch-proof.
The devices also comes with 1GB RAM and 16GB of storage. The X1 and Z1+ is designed with SD memory card slot, allowing an additional 32GB of additional storage space.
The U9 series, or commercially known as U9X1 are not only competent when it comes to performance, but designed to be stylish too. Say goodbye to the boring old black and white and say hello to bold and daring colours like Ruby red.
The young and trendy and those who dares to be different will definitely appreciate the robust colour that will make you stand out in the crowd. 🙂
With the U9X1 phones, you’ll be able to enjoy highly engaging gaming experience and swift communications. The young professionals will also discover that it also works well as a multi-tasking tool with the ever powerful 1.2 GHz Quad Core Processor.
Drooling yet, ladies and gents?
I mean drooling over the phone, not the hunk in the phone’s wallpaper. 😛
I bet some of you are drooling over it, but if you’re not, and not the least tempted to even give it a lil test drive, here’s the product spec sheet and pricing for the U9X1 series to feed your geeky side and help you decide whether U9X1 phones is the right phones for you or not. 😀
Did I mention that one of the lucky bloggers walked away with one of the phones showcased that night? Guess I didn’t, huh? Sorry guys, I got a little carried away and was overwhelmed with the newly launched U9X1 phones that I forgot to mention that there was a fun Q&A session that night.
Bloggers were split into groups to compete against each other for the prize.
Those who answered wrongly were eliminated and the last man standing walked away with the prized phone.

Ninetology? Seriously becky? You wouldn’t want to touch their phones with a 10 foot pole.
From China? I haven’t really heard of them to be frank. But I’ll ask my boyfriend to check it out.
Would give it a try if it was lesser than RM1k 😛
Looks like a good phone for my kid bro as he is looking to replace his pearl mini but for me I prefer to stick with my samsung 😉
Heard about ninetology but never bothered much. will check out the ruby red one see if it’s as good as stated. Price is pretty ok.
Trying very hard to break into the mobile market, using the ultimate factor – price as the USP. Will only tempt the low -mid range blue collar I guess.
I purchased my U9 about 3 years ago, it has worked perfectly until last week when I left it on charge all night and since it won’t start or re boot. I have tested the battery which is on full charge. I am in UK and can’t locate a service centre. If I mail it to you, if you provide the address, are you able to repair it, advise me of the cost so I can apy you before returning it.
I look forward to your advice.
Thank you for your assistance
