So Xmas came and went just yesterday.
What did you do? 🙂
I started my day with some writing and a good workout. Yup, even on Xmas. There’s never an excuse not to keep the body and mind in shape.
It was brunch, coffee and cake afterwards, followed by a visit to myBurgerLab. At night I had a light dinner and watched in amusement while a close friend attempted to finish a 3.5kg turkey by himself.
A pretty mildly entertaining day; with none of the huge fanfare one would expect of a festival.
However, I’m wondering if my New Year eve should be more “fun”? Less passive and more elaborate perhaps?
A night out with a bunch of friends to one of the hottest club and dance the night away? Or just a small party get-together?
I remembered one year jostling with the crowd to admire the spectacular fireworks in KLCC. We stood in awe at the KLCC park and craned our neck to witness the turn of the year.
This year, I found out that there’s an even better venue for not one, two BUT FOUR fireworks!
Since I’m live near Stratosphere at The Roof I’ll be heading over on NYE for the fireworks.
It’s probably the best venue possible since we were told that you can witness the fireworks from
1. Genting (on a clear day/night)
2. Sunway
3. KLCC (of cos!)
4. The Curve
5. The Roof’s very own fireworks
I was at the soft launch of The Roof in October and bore witness to the amazing fireworks as seen in the pictures here.
Who’s in for NYE at The Roof ?
Cover charge RM100/pax + 1 glass of champagne

Tried booking a table but didn’t get one. It’s probably the most popular NYE venue now!
I was there on NYE after seeing your FB page announcement. Fabulous venue and amazing fireworks to usher in the new year!
I look over several weblogs, but yours reads exceptionally
well.
I personally look over a lot of personal blogs, yet your website reads really well.
Fantastic reading. You’re sure rocking down The Roof (pun intended!) there! 🙂
