My comments: Now, the thing is, I have never dined in any of the outlets here at Renaissance Hotel KL. The Hakka egg noodle, minced pork, seven-spice crispy fresh oyster certainly triggered some level of curiosity; and the Fresh mango puree, tossed almond, flat sweet noodle dessert sounds positively delightful! Should I now??

Festival Chef: Chef Mohd Zamri Bin Abdul Rahman
My comments: A lover of Japanese food, I’m half sold if the chosen cuisine for any meal is remotely Japanese influenced. Looking at Sagano’s menu, I’m of opinion that getting cod, salmon, wagyu, ikura, seabass, soft shelled crab & unagi all in one meal is a steal for RM138++ (minus wine)!
