The last One Michelin Star dinner series by Mezze that I attended was by One-Star Michelin Chef Baptiste Fournier from France.
This year Mezze welcomes Le Gavroche’s Resident Chef Alexy Fuchs, only 26 years old and already making waves in the culinary scene.
Le Gavroche is a one-star Michelin restaurant in the scenic town of Strasbourg, Alsace region, France and this is Fuchs’ maiden visit to Asia.
From August 9th till 15th Chef Alexy Fuchs will collaborate with Mezze’s resident head chef, Yves Pierre Renou to showcase a week of cuisine that’s distinctively true to their home in Alsace, France.
Mezze is proud to share Le Gavroche’s modern classic cuisine, paired with boutique Alsatian wines curated by Mezze’s resident sommelier, Sebastien Le Francois.
So come and try their special menu available for both lunch and dinner from 9th till 15th August 2014! 🙂
