Chinese New Year Hampers: GIFTS OF LOVE FROM BRAND’S®

With Chinese New Year barely a month away, preparations are well underway for one of the most celebrated festive season in Malaysia. Other than selecting the ideal venue for the annual Chinese New Year feast (you can refer to my LIST here to see if that helps), decorative items, mandarin oranges and dried meats are flying off the shelves.
Hampers are popular too, and one of the better ones I have seen so far are the ones offered by BRAND’S® .

I had a preview of their hampers during a recent launch of the BRAND’S 2013 Chinese New Year Campaign Launch.

Waiting cheerfully for us at the table was Brand’s Chinese New Year’s mascot, Xi Xi and Huan Huan.

The event kicked off with some upbeat performance followed by a special appearance of local artistes who starred in Brand’s ‘Laughing Planet Saves The World’ musical TV commercial in conjunction with Brand’s 2013 Chinese New Year festive campaign.

The limelight of the day was of course, the festive hampers and gifts packs specially designed for the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration.

I reckon these will make perfect auspicious gifts for the upcoming Lunar New Year. I used to crack my head on what gifts I should bring over when I’m visiting family and friends during the festive seasons.
