Executive Chinese Chef, Vincent Loo and his talented team have created specially-designed ala carte and set menus for this festive season.
The ala carte items allows patrons to pick and choose and regulate the portion of food and budget while those who still prefers the ‘9-course menu for a table of 10’ arrangement can still select from the Wealth set menu, priced at RM2,188 nett or the Fortune set menu, priced at RM2,388++ or the Happiness set menu, priced at RM2,588++.
Yee Sang with a Combination of Japanese Maguro and Salmon with Traditional Plum Sauce.
Kudos to the kitchen team for taking the effort to form the chinese character in the middle. It does make the whole arrangement look so much prettier right? With the generous topping of 2 types of fresh fish, I certainly enjoyed this yee sang.
Fresh Water Prawns cooked in 2 Styles accompanied with Scallop Yam Puff topped with Salmon Roe.
This is one amazing dish for those who loves their shellfish. The prawns were huge and cooked just right so it wasn’t chewy or worse, tough to bite. Scallops lovers such as myself would appreciate the creative rendition of scallops encased with a yam puff.
Braised Premium Treasures Soup with Dried Seafood. Similar to the usual sharkfin soup.
Simmered Cod with Enoki Mushroom and Chinese Herbs in Superior Broth.
Ah, I love cod. This is a simple dish which the main highlight is well, rightfully the cod itself.
Braised Abalone Money Bag served with Vegetables and Dried Scallop Sauce. I was told that it was a bit salty so I gave this a skip.
Braised Fish Maw with Sea Cucumber, Chinese Mushroom, Dried Oyster and Sea Moss. Any self-respecting Chinese chef should be able to prepare this!
Celestial Court is one of the best bet for good pork free Chinese meals in a gorgeous setting. I had a good Chinese New Year meal last year as well (you can check out the pictures HERE – there’s even a dish with sea cucumber intestines!) and I personally hope to see more creative dishes from the kitchen team besides the timeless classics as above.

We do love the dim sum here as well. No pork wasn’t an issue since we are here mostly on corporate account. My office is on the upper floors.
