Over the course of the 3 days (Wed – Fri) next week, guest can look forward to fun workshops, stimulating competitions, celebrity appearances and a food fair with international cuisines. Star appearances includes YouTube sensations JinnyBoy TV, celebrity DJs Patricia K and Joey G; who will be spinning the decks late evening.

In tune with the concept of a cosmopolitan learning environment, with emphasis on openness and community, IICS will have capacity for 7,000 students from Malaysia and across the globe. A new three-storey building housing a 350-seat auditorium that will serve as an impressive venue for presentations as well as ample learning spaces. It will also house INTI’s new School of Art & Design complete with a design gallery, studios, Macintosh and Autocad labs, materials library and design centre.

INTI New Campus - Subang Jaya-002

I’ll be there during the INTI Edge Festival and I’ll be sharing my photos of the new brand new campus since I’ll be joining the campus tour. From what I know as of now, a new campus plaza will provide abundant space for outdoor meetings and open-air events as well as social and recreational activities to augment well-rounded personal development. Food and beverage outlets serving a variety of local and international fare will be accessible to INTI’s students, staff and visitors. Ample parking bays come with a sub-basement parking lot for 150 vehicles.

All of that sounds really fabulous. Quality of lecturers and the course syllables are important, but an ideal nurturing learning environment also provides students access to international learning experience beyond Malaysia as part of their studies and as part of their world class education. Better still when you pay local prices for all of that!

This is made possible via the Laureate International Universities network which provides the opportunity for members such as INTI to gain access to knowledge, thought processes, best practices, academic talent and resources across the distances. Through Laureate’s support, INTI is able to provide its students with front-row seats to cutting edge global events such as the World Business Forum and Clinton Global Initiative, where they can learn from top global leaders discussing issues affecting the world today. They also have access to international faculty, overseas guest lecturers and study tours to INTI’s partner universities in other countries.

The young uns of today are so lucky! During my time, I’ll be lucky to have a computer lab where 50% of the PCs are in working condition! Memories indeed.

I trust this festival will be quite an eye-opening experience. Heck, maybe they do offer MBA courses that I may want to explore for myself. And of course, a chance to go back to college? :DD

I can’t wait for the campus tour! And to meet the Youtubers too, of which half are my friends. It would be good to catch with everyone! And not forgetting the chance to win some prizes.

HAhaha it’s the MBA kind of courses that I’m seeking. I’m sure the lecturers are more than equipped to handle people like us! 🙂 I’ll go easy on the dressing 😛

The fees are exorbitantly high, probably paying for all these unnecessarily renovations!

Aww Daniel education fees are rising for sure. But let me visit the campus during the festival and see for myself the fees and facilities. Will update then.

I have recently completed my MBA and I can tell you it’s tough. But I think you know that already. You sure you’re able to cope with your socialite life?

My cousin was there during the festival and said she wasn’t too impressed. Did you go? How do you find it?
