I’ll be in Singapore next week!

Singapore has always been an exciting country for food related events.

Just last month I was at STREAT 2016 and in that 2 weeks of Singapore Food Fest 2016, there were major happenings at selected restaurants and hotels.

And this month, one of the BIGGEST food event is none other than the EPICUREAN MARKET by Marina Bay Sands.

Making its return in its fourth (4th) year, bringing together the best of the world’s cuisines and flavours for an unforgettable gourmet experience, visitors can expect new offerings, an expanded farmer’s market and an extensive collection of complimentary and paid masterclasses by Singapore’s leading wine and spirits experts.

I have printed out the masterclasses schedule and you can be sure that I will be at the Epicurean Market 2016 from morning until late night.
In fact, along with my good friends at COVERED Asia (http://covered.asia/2016/08/11/uncovered-singapore-food-events-epicureanmarket/) I intend to be in every masterclass.

There are over 10 complimentary masterclass each day and participants of these classes are tutored by celebrity chefs and highly accomplished masters of their respective fields.

The key attractions are the Masterclasses, Farmer’s Market and After Party.

Visitors will also be the first to preview the latest award-winning celebrity chef restaurant concept, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, set to launch in 2017.

You can bet that I’ll be at the farmer’s market where the freshest seasonal produce are sourced direct from across Asia, Europe and North America.
There will be so much to see and learn so I’m exceedingly thrilled for next week!

Celebrity chef restaurant booths will offer everything from crafted signature dishes, to house cured charcuterie and aged meats. Renowned chefs Daniel Boulud, Tetsuya Wakuda, Nancy Silverton, Justin Quek, David Thompson and David Myers will also make an appearance.
Finger-crossed; I hope that I would be able to get a picture with each of them.

Showcasing over 60 restaurants, wineries and gourmet culinary brands, Epicurean Market 2016 will transform into a groovy After Party with live DJ sets when night falls.
Now this is a party not to be missed!
